We’re looking for artists, DJs, bands, and performers who are excited to bring their audience, share their music, and be part of a curated Red Velvet Studios live event experience in Los Angeles.

Performer Preparation

Selected artists are part of the event rollout. These steps help us promote the show clearly, keep the night organized, and give every performer a stronger opportunity to bring people out.

Flyers, Photos & Promotion

  • Each performer creates their own event poster or flyer.
  • The flyer should include “Red Velvet Studios Presents,” the official event date, official location information, and the event age requirement if applicable.
  • Post at least 1 flyer or event post a minimum of 2 weeks before the event.
  • Send your flyer, post, reel, or video to Joseph before posting so the event information can be checked for accuracy.
  • Tag and collaborate with the Red Velvet Studios Instagram at least one time on an event post or reel.
  • Send at least 2 high quality photos that Red Velvet Studios can use for event promotion or flyer creation.

Video Projection / Visuals

  • Performers are welcome to have visuals or a video projected during their set if projection is available at the venue.
  • Projection availability is not guaranteed for every event or performance.
  • Please provide one continuous video file for your set rather than multiple visuals or slide changes throughout the performance.
  • We suggest creating a video around 30 minutes long that can loop or play throughout your set time.
  • Please provide an actual video file only — no YouTube links, streaming links, or anything that requires WiFi or internet access during the event.
  • You are welcome to email us the file in advance if you would like us to have it ready.
  • We also recommend bringing a backup copy on a USB drive the day of the event.
