Red Velvet Studios is looking for enthusiastic Music Event Interns who love live music, entertainment, and event production. You’ll work alongside artists, performers, and creative professionals, gaining hands-on experience, building your portfolio, and making connections in the industry.
This is a great fit for college students, recent graduates, and emerging creatives who are 18 or older. No previous experience is required, just a willingness to learn.
Interns receive free admission to every event they work.
Help with event setup, operations, and teardown
Capture photos and videos of performers, guests, and behind-the-scenes moments
Create promotional and social media content for Red Velvet Studios and participating artists
Organize and submit event photos and videos
Network and collaborate with musicians, performers, photographers, and other creatives
Support the production team wherever needed
You must be available for both events below.

BLOOD MOON: Halloween Party

Help the team with setup, operations, photography, videography, and content capture throughout the evening. A Halloween costume is required.
Some venues have a 21+ age requirement, so assignments will be based on venue restrictions and your eligibility.
Currently live in the Los Angeles area
Have reliable transportation, as shoots and events take place in different neighborhoods across the city
Be available on both October 17 and October 23
Have a genuine interest in live music, entertainment, and working with other creatives
Be comfortable with setup, teardown, and on-site production work
Own an iPhone 14 Pro Max or newer, or a digital camera suitable for photos and video
Be dependable, professional, and responsive, replying to scheduling requests within 24 hours
The internship begins with a three-month unpaid training period focused on building practical skills, industry exposure, and your portfolio. After that, strong performers may be considered for paid project-based or event-based work. Interns who show exceptional skill, reliability, and initiative may be offered paid opportunities even sooner. College credit may be available depending on your school’s requirements.
