Management Review Form

Artist Team Audit Checklist

This form is intended to help management maintain a clear, current record of the artist’s team structure, support network, collaborators, and related working relationships.

If you are an artist working with management, team decisions, collaborator decisions, and other major career decisions should be communicated and discussed with management rather than made solo. This allows management to advise you, evaluate whether someone is the right fit, and help make sure those decisions align with your long-term vision, structure, and goals.

Artists are expected to keep management informed of who they are currently working with, what roles are filled, what roles are still missing, and what changes are being considered. The artist and management build the team together through communication, planning, and shared decision-making.

Management Disclosure Notice

Music artist teams are made up of many different roles, and every artist’s team can look different depending on their goals and stage of development. This form is used to evaluate your current team, understand what roles are already in place, and identify what additional support or positions may be needed moving forward.

As an artist signed to Red Velvet Studios Management, all team additions, collaborator decisions, and major career moves should be communicated and discussed with management rather than made independently. This allows management to provide guidance, evaluate whether each person is the right fit, and ensure every decision aligns with your long-term vision, structure, and goals.

Artists are expected to keep management informed of who they are currently working with, which roles are filled, which roles are still needed, and any changes being considered. Building your team is a collaborative process between you and management, based on clear communication, planning, and shared decision-making.
