Red Velvet Presents is bringing artists, performers, and audiences together for the Haunted Mansion Ball, a Halloween event taking place in Los Angeles this October.

We are looking for artists who can deliver a strong live performance, actively promote the event, and participate professionally throughout the full event.

Selected artists will be considered for performance slots at the Haunted Mansion Ball based on event fit, professionalism, promotion, and available lineup space.

Artist Opportunity

Artists can earn 40% of the ticket revenue from every ticket sold through their assigned ticket link or code. Payouts are issued only to artists who remain at the event for the full event duration.

Selected artists receive a two-song set. Ticket-revenue and payout requirements are listed below.

Ticket Sales & Promotion

Artists are expected to actively promote the Haunted Mansion Ball and sell tickets through their assigned artist ticket link or code.

Artist Compensation

Artists receive 40% of the ticket revenue from all verified tickets sold through their assigned artist ticket link or code.

Full Event Attendance Required

Artists must remain at the Haunted Mansion Ball for the full event. If an artist leaves early or leaves directly after their set, their ticket-revenue payout will not be issued.

Promotion Requirements

Artists are expected to actively promote the Haunted Mansion Ball through posts, stories, ticket links, direct invitations, and any requested promotional materials.

Performance Requirements

Artists must be prepared, professional, on time, Halloween-event ready, and able to follow all production schedules, set times, event instructions, and performance guidelines.

Radius Policy

Artists must disclose their October availability and any nearby performances, release parties, showcases, or major events that may create scheduling or promotional conflicts.

Communication Policy

Artists must respond promptly to messages, event updates, ticket information, promo requests, and production details.

Free Photography & Filming

We never charge artists a fee to photograph or film their performance, unlike many other venues and shows. Bring any photographer you want, including professional photographers, at no extra cost.

Applications are reviewed based on Halloween event fit, professionalism, communication, audience draw, promotion, performance readiness, and available lineup space.
