Red Velvet Studios reserves the right to include any project we work on in our professional portfolio and public work history. This applies to projects that are completed, canceled, released, or unreleased, as well as projects that are unfinished or later modified by other producers, mixers, mastering engineers, or collaborators.

Anyone who works with Red Velvet Studios, signs a contract with us, or enters our property for the purpose of a project or collaboration is automatically subject to these policies.

Portfolio Representation

Red Velvet Studios may display or reference the following as proof of our work and collaboration:

• The artist’s name
• The artist’s image or likeness
• The music, recordings, production, or creative work we contributed to
• The project title or description of our involvement
  

This material may appear on:

• Our website
• Portfolio pages
• Client rosters
• Social media & marketing purposes
• Professional platforms or résumés
• Any platform used to represent our work and professional history
  

Artists and collaborators may not request removal of their name, likeness, or associated work from our portfolio, website, or work history once a collaboration has taken place.

Released and Unreleased Music

Red Velvet Studios may include both released and unreleased music in our portfolio.

This includes situations where:

• The artist never releases the music
• The project is canceled
• The music is later mixed or mastered by another engineer
• Additional producers or collaborators are brought onto the project
• The final release differs from the version created with our involvement
  

We retain the right to display the version of the work we contributed to, including demos, drafts, rough mixes, or other materials that demonstrate our role in the project.

Credit and Proof of Work

Red Velvet Studios may reference our role in a project and receive proper credit for our work, including roles such as:

• Producer
• Co-producer
• Engineer
• Songwriter
• Studio

We may use the artist’s name and/or image to verify and represent that a professional collaboration took place.

Ownership of Captured Media

All videos, photos, recordings, and media captured:

• On Red Velvet Studios property
• In our studio
• At our events
• Or using our cameras, devices, or equipment
  

are the sole property of Red Velvet Studios.

We retain the right to use this material for:

• Portfolio display
• Social media
• Marketing or promotional purposes
• Documentation of our work history
  

Artists and collaborators do not have the right to restrict or demand removal of this material when it represents work created with or at Red Velvet Studios.
