How We Approach Music Management

At Red Velvet Studios, our approach to artist management focuses on artist development, mentorship, and long-term career growth.

We work closely with artists to help strengthen both the creative and business side of their career through guidance, strategic direction, and personalized support.

Our team helps connect artists with the right professionals, collaborators, services, and opportunities while advising them on important decisions that support sustainable long-term growth.

We help artists build consistency, structure, routines, and professional habits that contribute to long-term success in the music industry.

If your application is approved, we will reach out to schedule an in-person meeting with you in Los Angeles.

This meeting helps us better understand your goals, work ethic, creative direction, and long-term vision.

If selected for management, artists will be required to review and sign an official management agreement/contract before the management relationship begins.

Artist Development / Mentorship Program

At this time, full artist management is only available for artists who live in Los Angeles or are preparing to relocate. Remote artists and artists outside Los Angeles can still work with us through our Artist Development and Mentorship program. After submitting your information, you will be redirected to learn more.

Creative Services

When we begin a management relationship, artists are required to commit to at least one ongoing creative service or development investment.

Creative Service Options

Example: Professional Studio Time — $100/hour

This is only an example of one common cost an independent artist may need to budget for.

Monthly Budget

Los Angeles applicants must enter a monthly budget of at least $1,000 to submit.
