Booking Details
- Studio sessions include use of the room and listed equipment. Your in-house engineer/producer can also provide piano, keyboard-based instrumentation, and programmed beats
- An assistant engineer or intern may also be present during your session to help the Engineer/Producer
- Limited parking at the back of the facility. Let us know in advance if you'll need any.

Will an engineer be provided for my session?
Sessions are run by our in-house engineers/producers, and their services are included in your studio booking.
How many people can I have in my session?
Sessions are limited to a maximum of 5 people.
Do you accept same-day bookings?
Sessions are scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Same-day reservations are not available.
When is payment required?
Payment is required in advance to confirm and secure your studio reservation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reserved time slot.
What happens if I arrive late to my session?
Your session begins at the scheduled reservation time, regardless of arrival time. Late arrivals do not extend the booked session or change its scheduled end time.
What happens if my session runs longer than scheduled?
Additional studio time is subject to availability and will be billed separately at the applicable hourly rate. Any outstanding balance must be paid before leaving the studio. Session files, stems, and other deliverables will be released once payment is complete.
Can you provide additional session musicians if I need them?
Yes. We can coordinate additional session musicians for your recording session upon request, subject to availability. Each musician sets their own rate and is invoiced separately from studio time.
Can I visit or access the studio without a booking?
Studio access is reserved for scheduled, confirmed bookings to ensure a private, comfortable, and professional environment for our clients.
