Velvt Pro Subscription and Refund Policy

This policy applies to Velvt Pro community access. It does not replace the separate terms for artist management, studio bookings, events, merchandise or other Red Velvet Studios services.
What Pro includes
Velvt Pro currently includes 9 photos total, including your profile photo, 3 profile videos, and the Pro badge while access is active. Free accounts currently include 3 photos total and 1 profile video. Core networking, discovery and messaging remain available on Free. Pro does not promise work, representation, better rankings, additional connections or earnings.
Price and recurring billing
The current website plan is $9.99 USD per month, billed monthly. The price, currency, applicable taxes, discounts and renewal terms shown at checkout govern the transaction. The available website product is a subscription; a one-time payment or lifetime plan is not currently offered through that product. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the applicable purchase terms. We provide notice of material price or subscription changes and obtain additional consent where required.
Checkout and access
Website payments are processed through Shopify and the configured subscription provider. Use the email linked to your Velvt account. Access and the badge activate after payment and membership status are confirmed; processing is not always immediate. Contact support with your order number if payment succeeds but access does not update. Do not purchase another subscription to troubleshoot access.
Keep the receipt and review the account and plan details before confirming a purchase. Website and any future app-store purchases must be managed through the provider that billed you. This policy does not claim that Apple or Google billing is currently implemented.
How to cancel
Use the subscription-management link supplied by the subscription provider in your purchase or renewal email, or the available subscription controls in your Red Velvet Studios customer account. If you cannot find those controls, email submission@redvelvetstudio.com from the purchase email address, identify the order or subscription, and request cancellation before the next renewal. A request still needs to be received and processed; verify the cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the applicable purchase terms. The Pro page displays the confirmed access period; that date is not necessarily the billing renewal date. Deleting a profile, signing out or stopping use of Velvt does not itself cancel billing. Do not send payment-card details or sign-in codes to support.
Refunds and existing purchase rights
Unless a specific purchase term or applicable law provides otherwise, fees for access already purchased are final and change-of-mind refunds are not offered under the store’s Refund Policy. Canceling future renewal does not by itself refund an earlier payment. For duplicate, unauthorized, incorrect or failed-service charges, contact support with the order number for review. Refunds are not guaranteed by submitting a request.
Any express cancellation or refund rights shown at checkout or included in a specific agreement when you bought the subscription continue to apply. This policy does not retroactively remove an existing refund promise or nonwaivable consumer rights. Booking cancellation and no-show rules for scheduled services do not describe how recurring Velvt Pro access operates.
After paid access ends
The account returns to the Free allowance when confirmed paid access expires or is otherwise revoked under the purchase terms. You can continue using included Free community features. Extra upload capacity is no longer available. Keep independent copies of media; do not assume every upload above the Free allowance will remain available indefinitely. Refunds or canceled orders can change access status.
