Additional support may depend on your plan, availability, and project budget: attendance at performances, industry events or studio sessions; content creation and social media management support, including assistance with running social media ads (advertising spend billed separately), strategies to grow genuine followers and engagement, identifying and removing suspected bot followers where platform tools permit, and potential collaboration posts with Red Velvet Studios' combined social audience of over 60,000 followers (subject to editorial approval and availability; no guaranteed reach or results); music video or event production; live performance opportunities; and more frequent phone calls or consulting. Venue, production, travel, and third-party costs are separate unless agreed otherwise.

Basic vs. Pro: Both include in-person management. Pro is intended for artists who need more frequent, hands-on involvement. Your plan does not determine whether in-person support is available.

About Your Goals
Plan and Payment

Minimum contract term: 1 year (12 months).

Monthly management retainers: Basic — $500/month; Pro — $1,000/month. Both plans also carry a 15% management commission. You may propose a custom monthly retainer for our consideration. Both plans include in-person and remote management in Los Angeles.

What is a retainer? A monthly retainer is a recurring fee paid to Red Velvet Studios for ongoing artist management, guidance, representation, planning, and access to the services included in your agreed plan. It covers our ongoing management work and availability; it is not a one-time project charge or an advance against commission. The separate 15% commission applies to eligible artist earnings as defined in your management agreement. Additional project expenses or third-party services may cost extra.

Tell us what monthly retainer amount you can commit to. We will review your offer and let you know whether a custom management arrangement is possible. Custom offers are not guaranteed approval.

If approved, your custom monthly retainer and included services will be confirmed in your written agreement. A 15% management commission also applies. No payment is required to submit your application.
