All ticket sales are for Red Velvet Presents music showcases and events are admission to the event itself.

Tickets are not purchased for any specific artist, performer, guest, or attraction.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• You are purchasing admission to the event as a whole.
• Event lineups, schedules, performers, and programming are subject to change.
• If a performer cancels, becomes ill, no-shows, withdraws, or is removed from the lineup, the event may still take place as scheduled.
• If the event continues to take place, ticket holders are still welcome to attend the event.
• A performer cancellation, lineup change, or artist removal does not qualify for a refund.
• Refunds will not be issued based on the absence of any particular performer, artist, guest, vendor, or attraction.
