At Red Velvet Studio LA, we primarily offer music production services. However, for any physical products such as books, music, or CDs that you purchase from us, the following shipping policy applies.

Shipping Methods and Charges

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. The cost of shipping will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout, the destination of your order, and the weight and dimensions of your package. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside the United States. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Red Velvet Studio LA ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure that your shipping address can accept deliveries from our chosen carriers.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be unavailable for shipment to specific destinations. We will notify you if there are any restrictions on your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Red Velvet Studio LA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
