Booking Policy

To confirm your recording session at Red Velvet Studios, we require a 60% deposit of the booking fee upfront. This deposit secures your session time and shows your commitment. Please note that if you cancel or reschedule, we will retain 20% of the total session fee as a booking fee to cover the reserved time.

Here’s a breakdown:

  1. Deposit Payment: 60% of the session fee is due upon booking to confirm your session.
  2. Booking Fee: If the session is canceled or rescheduled, 20% of the total fee will be non-refundable.
  3. Final Payment: The remaining 40% is due immediately before or on the day of the session.

This policy allows us to maintain efficient scheduling and ensures that our time is reserved exclusively for your session. Thank you for your understanding!
