Bartenders: This path is for a freelance bartender working the event.

  • You are paid a flat rate / upfront fee for the event.
  • You keep 100% of your tips.
  • You use the bar setup, alcohol, and ice provided for the event.

Vendors / Brand Collabs: This path is for a company or brand setting up at the event.

  • You receive space to sell or promote at our event.
  • You keep the profits from the sales you make at the event.
  • You are not given an upfront rate, flat fee, or direct service payment.
  • You bring your own setup, booth, supplies, equipment, staff, and anything needed for your activation.

Must be a public Instagram account or portfolio. Private Instagram accounts will not be reviewed or approved.

Bartender Details

This is the upfront flat fee you would be paid by Red Velvet Studios for your service. You also keep your tips.
