Artax Records is a Los Angeles–based independent record label founded by Red Velvet Studios, focused on artist development through hands-on mentorship, management, and strategic guidance.

What is an Independent Record Label?

An independent record label (an “indie label”) releases and develops artists without being owned by a major label. Indie labels can still distribute music worldwide, but they typically operate with smaller teams and more hands-on development.

Do you listen to every submission?

Yes. We review every submission, but response times can vary depending on volume. If it’s a fit, we’ll reach out using the contact info you provided.

Why do you require social media links?

We evaluate your brand, image, and overall presence alongside the music. Social links help us understand your direction and audience.

Do you offer cash advances or signing bonuses?

No. Cash advances and large signing bonuses are typically something major labels do. Instead, we support artists by offering services, guidance, and opportunities that artists would normally have to pay for if they were not on our label.
